There may be times when you don't have Internet access but you do need to check account balances, verify cleared transactions, make RiverTrace loan payments, or even transfer funds from one RiverTrace account to another. What to do?

Easy. Just pick up the phone. With our 24-Hour Audio Response you'll always have FREE access to your accounts via any touch-tone phone. Simply call us at 804-261-2102 to connect, enter your Member Number followed by the "#" key, then enter your full Social Security Number.

The first time you access Audio Response, you will be asked to create a new Personal Identification Number (PIN), so have something in mind ready. It should be 6-10 digits long.

Here are some basic functions you can use to Chart Your Path once in the system:

    1. 1 - Transfer to Another Account
    2. 2 - Transfer to a Different Member
    3. 3 - Transfer From a Joint Member

  3. 3 - Request Check to Self
  4. 4 - All Account Balances
  5. 5 - Change Password
  6. * - End Call
