By the way, when you choose to make your loan payments online or by phone, you’ll save yourself some valuable time (and a trip to the branch or mailbox). Plus, you can avoid paying additional interest and late fees by using these services.

Ways to Make Your Payments
Online Bill Pay - Free and easy way to make your monthly loan payment. Once you enroll for free online banking, you can easily transfer funds from your RiverTrace savings or checking account to your loan account.
Auto Debit - Set up a recurring payment and have your payments automatically deducted from your RiverTrace FCU savings or checking account.
Online – Log on, day or night, to rivertracefcu.callipay.com to make a loan payment. We accept payments from credit and debit cards. You can make a one-time payment or set up recurring payments. It’s fast, secure and easy. There is a $12.00 fee for this service.
By Phone – To pay by phone, give us a call at 804-266-2767. Loan payments can be made using your credit card or debit accounts. There is a $12.00 fee for this service.
In Person at a Branch - Stop by RiverTrace or any Shared Credit Union Branch across the country to make a payment or request assistance.
By Mail - Drop your payment in the mailbox along with your loan number written on your check to:
