Introducing uOpen—a self-service channel to open and fund RiverTrace accounts and loans online. uOpen provides a unified process so our members have the same ability to open and fund an account, no matter what type of account they open—from new Checking, Savings and Membership accounts to adding services to existing accounts, getting a Debit/ATM cards and more. In fact, uOpen is so comprehensive, if you’re not currently a member of RiverTrace Federal Credit Union, you can do that online, too.

Applying for a loan online is included, too.
In addition to enabling our members to open an account 24/7, uOpen provides real-time decision-making, approval and access to new accounts, as well as the ability to add account-specific services such as online banking, eStatements, and more. Members can choose to fund their accounts or pay loans using internal funds transferred from an existing RiverTrace account, ACH funding from external accounts at other financial institutions and credit/debit card-funding options.
